Add all the ingredients for total cocktail chaos, (except the wine) into a cocktail shaker and pack with ice. Again cold ice for best results. Shake vigorously while breaking into a dance. Then strain into a squat tumbler filled with fresh ice cubes. Add your red wine ‘float’ in a neat layer on top. The best way to do this is to hold a tablespoon upside down over the glass, barely touching the surface of the drink. Failing a Lilo should do the trick. Then, wearing a life jacket, slowly pour the wine over the back of the spoon so that it cascades gently onto the top of the drink without sinking beneath the surface.
